What do you like best?
Ease with which any preprinted form can be filled out and then printed.
What do you dislike?
Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.

We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

THIS PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE, YES IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NO ONE CARES WHEN IT COMES TO SIGNING AN E-PAD.THIS TO HAD A FEW ISSUES AS FAR AS SIGNING MY NAME, IT WAS STILL VERY HARD TO SIGN MY NAME, BUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THEY OFFER TO HELP YOU ARE GREAT!
Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.
