I have only used to fill and print out a 1099-misc. After reading the general instructions of how to report my DE 542 information and what I needed to understand. I was sold on PDFffiller.com
I am a little confused on the detail of how and what I want to do etc.
Once I have some practice getting around my PDFfiller site I'll answer you follow up survey. P.S. * I am an old lady and I don't really know my way around a computer. Thinking about it. I felt your site was elder friendly. It is importune to keep it simple now that older senior citizens are force to get online to bank etc. Thank You

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.
What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.
I find it useful to put documents into PDF and or add to current PDF documents. I also find it helpful when I am helping my students and their class assignments for tutoring purposes.

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.
