cant get page to print. it says its been sent to printer, but doesn't print. Thought it could be my printer, but I checked it and it works fine. had to fax page to myself to get it to print.
kind of difficult to understand..sometimes it would not fill out the form and sometimes it would, then go back to the first signature and had to keep confirming.
I like it but I still don't get the refined product I am using plus in the ad, it said "$6/month" when they charged me it was $20. How come?

I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
Cancelled my subscription within the 30 Trial Period and was charged the following month. Had an online chat and they issued a refund with no questions asked. Good Business!
