It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. And VERY UNSATISFIED with the small print that is located UNDER the nice AFFORDABLE FAKE SALE PRICE at the beginning of the website
For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.
It is the best PDF to Word conversion I have ever seen. The resulting Word doc was able to be compared with another PDF conversion, giving me a near perfect comparison. This is what I was after and PDFfillre delivered.

I really like this program as it is very user friendly. It makes the required pdf tasks including adding signatures simple, quick and easy to complete. I recommend it to everyone! It is truly fantastic.
The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses!
