PLEASE FIX YOUR PRICING PAGE MAKE IT CLEAR THAT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE MONTHLY PRICING PAGE NOT COMBINED WITH THE ANNUAL PRICING PAGE IT MAY GET CONFUSING FOR CUSTOMERS!
Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.
Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!
My experience has been quite positive for the most part. There were some features I was unable to use successfully, but overall I found the service to be very useful.

Poor internet connection affects how fast one can work. I commend the fact that the program saves all changes in a timely fashion.
