I AM ONLY HALF WAY DONE BUT SO FAR VERY EASY,HOWEVER I FIND THE BILLING OPTIONS DECEPTIVE, ALSO LIVE CHAT SUGGESTED A SOLUTION BUT DIDN'T MENTION IT REQUIRED AN UPGRADE!

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.

Making insurance certificates
In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
ooh! simply amazing..though it was kind of difficult to get through around the platform but i figured it at last. and it gives me exactly what i wanted.
