I looked on line a long time to find a program where I can enter info for W2c, etc. & this is a great program. It offers many different areas, choices to work with.
I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.
This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.
