I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

Ralph help me very quickly today! I thought I had cancelled my subscription and then I was charged, I explained everything to Ralph and he took care of me and my situation all in the same day. Very appreciative of the customer service I got.
Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

Very easy to use and comes in handy at the most inconvenient of times. When I'm out and busy, I can get documents filled out fast and easy on my phone.
