Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form. I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

So far it has met my needs and wants. While there has been a struggle with removing the Electronic disclosure page, their technicians and chat support are quick to respond.

I am not very savvy with computers and am trying to learn more everyday. Your system was easy enough where I did not have to call my kids to help me figure it out. I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.
