I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. After using many other PDF editors finally a user-friendly, is fast, does not freeze and gives me any problems login in or crashing after I purchased.
It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

Simple to use, the ability to save, update and reuse common forms is really helpful

detailed forms that only require minor changes can be saved as templates.
Elisa stepped right into action and helped me with my accounting issue. It is so nice to be able to have an account services individual help a customer with ease. This is a very rare occasion especially during this pandemic. Thank you Elisa!!!!!
