Love the concept and the ease of working with documents. Had a little difficulty with submitting payment but one of your online folks (Anne) searched and assisted. All is good!
As a beginner, I would like to learn and practice some other functions. My favorite part of PDFfiller is I can sign the document either by type in my name or just tip my finger.
It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Excellent application, saves money as you don't have to buy additional software to edit PDFs.
Thank goodness for PDFfiller, when you need to fill out PDF forms. Adobe Acrobat forces you to buy additional software to edit PDFs, but with PDFfiller, you can do it for free! It's easy to use, as all you need to do it drag and drop your document, then download it onto your computer or email it to yourself.
I would be concerned about security, as this is an online application.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. this is amazing, I am a real custoner who cannot be bothered to write.a long review. But I can honestly say that this is it! Pay for it, absolutley worth it
