The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.
Surprised to find out, after filling out the form, that it is a paid service. Customer Service (Sam) was very helpful and pleasant, and sorted things our for me.
I have difficulties to send to sign to 2 people at the same time. I follow instructions but it does not work. The rest is good, specially on line help is good! Thank you

Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!
