With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It took a few minutes to learn navigation, but once figured it out all is good. Still many features that i have only scanned thru that really look very helpful.
I'm in my second year of subscribing to PDF Filler. I use it for filling all my online forms, related to legal documents and other forms related to my business. I like it, because I can use it anywhere, and I am not tied to one computer, in order to access it.

I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
could be better
I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose.
some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.
I'm not very tecey. But I managed to get things done. Going to try another sheet filled.
I plan on getting hold of Customer Care Resolution, to help me. This program has been very helpful with making my family genealogy organized.
This has been a great tool for me
This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.
