What do you like best?
I mainly use PDFFiller to fill out and sign forms. The auto-alignment tool for text blocks is very useful. I found the PDF to Word conversion procedure very powerful.

The limit in the number of pages and the size of the PDF file often forces me to divide the PDF into several parts before upload.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.
Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Very easy to use, being an assistant and constantly filling out reports for the State, it is nice to have something that works so easily and is consistent in its responses.
