Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."
I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. PDF Filler is an easy way to find and download documents. However, being in South Africa and having to pay in US $ is just too expensive.
