The filler form was OK; however, it would have been better to know there was a cost and subscription up front before putting all the time in to fill out the form. Especially when it was shown as "FREE"
I genuinely love this program
I genuinely love this program. I don't have to wait for anyone else to print things for me and then get backed up on my work. I can just create what I need and send it right then. Super simple and user friendly.
They have excellent customer service. recommend highly. My profiles to their were thwarted due to hacked email on my end. Unlike any other online website subscription. ******* has many options and very easy to utilize. ***** ***, ****!

I like the ability to change fonts and add items on my documents

That I have to sign in everytime on my computer

It is much neater and professional than hand written documents
So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
