I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

PDF filer is the perfect place for small business or start up businesses to go for much less expensive do-it-yourself renewals and many other type business files. It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

had to find something quick to fill out a form online and came across pdfFiller and tried it out. I was more than satisfied. I am trying the 30 day trial out and will comment when the time is up.
