I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool
I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.
im just learning with a new business i just started. i love it. I dont have a printer or scanner so i really appreciate you guys for offering the services you do through PDF.
This comes in so handy for certain projects we do here at the office. I actually love it. Well worth the price! I would like to attend a webinar to learn more about the features and things I am probably missing out on.

I want to acknowledge the amazing Customer service you have here. How he handled well my concerns. And thank you because I accidentally activated 2 account under my two emails.. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.
