I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

This is exactly what I needed to be able to edit some documents from 1999 for which I could only obtain pdfs.
PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.
Wow, just amazing service. So fast and easy. I really think this is the way to do business! When we take care of the small details and create a system that allows people to get their money back so quickly. That is a good model of success! thank you for being so pleasant to work with.
ease of subbitting
It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
