Does everything I need it to, and the fact that you can cancel or change a subscription at anytime without being charged is amazing!

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.
They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.
THIS APP HAS SO MANY GREAT FEATURES. IT HAS EVRYTHING THAT I NEED FOR MY EDITING AND CREATING DOCUMENTS. SO FAR THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED THAT THIS APP DOESN'T HAVE.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents.
