Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I don't have a scanner available so I googled and found PDFfiller. I was able to get my forms filled out, signed, and sent back in a very short time. PDFfiller is very easy to use. It helps me to fill the form in Arabic language although I didn't expact that and the arrange of the letter and text is in correct position.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable.

Nice service
Nice service, but would like a little more friendly option to save to computer without having to go through all the extra verification security steps.
