The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Good product with a few minor changes You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
