There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.
All of my experiences by way of the help line has been professional and satisfying. The Reps are all pleasant and extremely helpful. I am a very satisfied customer, Thank you!

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable
