Great value and product
Program was formatted well and easy to use for the most part. I was able to complete my revisions within no time and get it to our clients!
I had a few issues with figuring out how to use certain features and how to save the file in a certain format.
Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

it was easy to to do it. I am a pensioner and cannot keep the subscription going. Only needed it once hence opted for free trial.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. All good here...I use it weekly for my workflows and I recommend it to my colleagues....
It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.
