Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?
It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.
Very satisfied with my customer…
Very satisfied with my customer assistance from agent Ralph. He was able to handle my issue and rectify the problem quickly! Excellent service
Great customer service
Great customer service. Earl was very helpful in answering my questions about a free subscription. Easy to use chat feature. Prompt responses.
Thank you!
The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.
I thought I only needed this temporarily
I thought I only needed this for an isolated use, but found it was much more useful in future applications. I appreciated it in a pinch.
