Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

Très bonne expérience. Au début j'avais un peu de mal mais tout est venu très vite. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top !
Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes !
Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! PDFfiller immediately reached out to help me when I was having trouble navigating their site for the first time. Their agent gave me easy directions to follow, and I was able to complete my goal of converting pdfs into word documents so my students could write on them virtually.
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
