It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.
This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.
It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .
