ONLY HAD TO CONTACT SUPPORT ONCE. GREAT FOR ME. I DO WISH THAT YOU COULD FILL AND PRINT W-2 INFOR ABOUT TWO PEOPLE AT A TIME. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THE IRS WOULD EXCEPT THE W-3 INFO BUT OH WELL GLAD TO HAVE WHAT I DID GET. THANK YOU
Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

The program is very easy to use and takes care of my insurance form needs!

It was super easy to copy/paste fields
It was super easy to copy/paste fields. I've tried others and this has by far been the best experience! It's helped me save time and headaches!

Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.
