It has been exceptional EXCEPT it was a little underhanded the way you tell the user how much it will really cost. NOT Free as advertised. I am okay with it but thought it should be state up front.

At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Thanks for caring enough to hear my issue and resolving it in a quick and timely manner. I truly appreciate this and will never forget your extraordinary customer service. I will also recommend you to other colleagues. Thanks again.

So far... your chat feature to get support is great. I seem to be moving along just fine. I uploaded a document and completed areas of "fillable" information. I only did 4 STARS as I have not published this to my site and tested the form.

No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

I am able to send out docs for signing and convert from Word to PDf, would love to learn more! Please contact me for classes- I want to understand the scope of opportunities that I am availed to. Plus a few specific items like sending a cover letter with the doc. Thanks so much!

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.
