This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Love the software
Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. Customer support replies quickly and they are very professional.
