You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. Then you have to pay for your account. I paid for it mainly because I can use it anytime I want to. No Stress of whether or not it's going to work or be correct. It Always Is Both.

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.
