I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Good for business
Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails
I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.
What do you like best?
It is so easy to upload a document and make any edits to it. It saves you work so you can continue to use the same document! You can email, print or save PDF. Super helpful for property management when you have several notices!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it's hard to make everything set up perfectly

We are able to reuse the same document over and over!
Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
