Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

Nothing, thus I like the app in general. I can do a lot for my pdf related files.
Thus far have managed to sign and complete forms, but can use a webinar to learn more. D id not know how to make changes that were not in the fillable portion.
Great customer service, helped me figure out how to change the e-mail on my account, without having to get a new subscription...I was confused.
