I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.
Just started using it today and found that it's a capable software. Tends to be slow sometime but that's maybe because of the internet connection. Overall it's good.
It works good but is clumsy to figure out some things should be easier like saving an altered document to your computer. Currently I have to pretend to print it then in the printer tell it to save as a PDF to my computer instead.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes
