His persistence to solve all & any issues, explain everything in detail & make sure I was content before ending our "chat session" was extremely appreciated, thank you for hiring someone that gives that high quality of customer care~

I expressed concern over miscommunication on the pricing and PDFfiller support took care of the issue immediately. I appreciate it greatly and believe their customer support is one of the best!

It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.
