I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs! Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.
