For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids
1.- easy to use. It does not require special knowledge.
2.- process of converting from and to pdf is quite fast.
3.- The results are quite good.

5.- You can rotate, cut, join, or create watermarks in your pdf.
6.- You can use it for free (although it has a limit of use per day)
7.- The work environment is simple, but effective.
1.- Sometimes, but due to page saturation problems it becomes a bit slow.
2.- You require constant internet connection so if you do not have access you can not use the online program.
Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.
I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.
The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!
This program is a life saver. Only that I wish I was able to push the numbers over to the side a bit and make them a little bolder. I pray that they don't see the imperfections and I can get my loan approved. Thanks for the help pdffiller.
