Pdffiller makes it easy to add in information on a copy of something that is used widely throughout company for all employees. It saves the time, hassle and trees not having to print it out, fill it out and send it back in.

I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

What is Bates numbering in a PDF?
Bates numbering is a method of indexing legal documents for easy identification and retrieval. Each page of each document is assigned a unique Bates number that also indicates its relationship to other Bates-numbered documents. Bates numbers appear as headers or footers on the pages of each PDF in the batch.
How do you add Bates numbers to a PDF on a Mac?
Open the Edit PDF menu at the top left of the screen. Select Header and Footer > Add Bates Numbers. Under Format Options, you can fill in the Prefix and Suffix fields to display the text before or after the Bates number. Under Number of Digits, you can specify how many digits make up your Bates number.
