What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Excellent Software and a great price Very good and have used it for years. PDF filler works so well and make it so easy to fill out forms online. It works and the price is very reasonable. No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too. What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas.
