Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

I have used it almost every day for over a week to fill out forms. I find it to be a bit awkward at times but I'm getting better at finding my way around. I will continue to use it.

It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful!
It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible.
You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.
With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands.
As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have...
easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
