Edit Transcript: easy document editing

How to Use the Edit Transcript Feature in pdfFiller

The Edit Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make changes to your transcripts. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Access the Edit Transcript feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once the document is open, click on the 'Edit Transcript' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A new window will appear, displaying the transcript of your document. You can now make changes to the text as needed.

To edit a specific line of text, simply click on it and start typing. You can also use the toolbar at the top of the transcript window to format the text, change the font size, or add bullet points.

If you need to add a new line of text, click on the 'Add Line' button located at the bottom of the transcript window. This will insert a new line where you can enter your text.

To delete a line of text, click on the 'Delete Line' button located next to the line you want to remove.

Once you have made all the necessary changes, click on the 'Save' button to apply the edits to your document.

You can also use the 'Undo' and 'Redo' buttons in the toolbar to revert or redo any changes you have made.

After saving your edits, you can download the updated transcript or share it with others by clicking on the 'Download' or 'Share' buttons respectively.

some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.
