So far so good... I could not find anything that said I have to pay AFTER I filled out a form. After I informed PDF of this situation they said I should have found it here and there. I filled in IRS 990, Schedules A & O but didn't know I was using PDFfiller and when I tried to print I found I was locked out, so I had to subscribe and still have filled our forms that are locked out. Need timely hep in unlocking these documents. Since this experience and subscribing to PDFfiller (annual Suscrition) I have found it works very well. I contract for a Jazz club's 5 venues sites and have to fill out two cities' forms that I found easy to get using PDFfiller. I also became the treasurer of the Jazz Club again and had to bring out IRS 990s up to dat--non-profit. Again fond using PDFfiller to get fillable forms easy, better than going to IRI.gov.

I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. I will DEFINITELY use their product in the future and pay for a full subscription should I have further need for their product.Steve

If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller
Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

Recommended for easy and trustworthy service
