I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. I downloaded the form, filled it in online and printed it without the slightest hitch - it just works!Roland, Johannesburg.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Great customer support
Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.

Learn To Use Document Groups
Document groups are very convenient and enable the signers to see a list of documents for signing. With the document groups, you can provide all group members with access to the document or place several documents in the groups for a specific signer.
Start with creating a document group. Select Document Groups from the left sidebar and click Create Document Group.
In a window that pops-up on the screen choose the documents for the document group. Click Next and insert the name of your group.
After you have finished all the steps above a new window will appear. Next, choose Set Up Invite Steps.
A list of documents will be displayed on the left side of the screen and a number of signers that are related to each document.
You can now drag signers from the left to the right and even reorder the documents.
Here is how you can send a document group to senders.
Next, assign email addresses to each role to know whom to send the documents and when. Signers of one group will receive an invitation for signing only when singers of the previous group accomplish the task.
