What do you like best?
The program is user friendly and helps me with the essential tools I need to fill in and change my PDF files. I use this on a daily basis for work and works very well with other programs I use.
What do you dislike?
The font match is the only downside of the program i face especial when I have to fill in words and characters onto the document. It takes time for to match the font that is similar to the original font. Collating pages in a certain order is difficult for me but I decided not to use this feature.

I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool
What do you dislike?
If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

Some of the PDFs are difficult to use. I have been able to overcome any issues.

I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! FINALLY!

The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program.

The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.

Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.
