An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. The interface of PDFfiller is simple and intuitive. I think that most people can sign up and start using PDFfiller without having to spend much time figuring things out. Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.
What do you dislike?
Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some people probably don't want to hassle with putting their documents through a digitized system, but I think once you upload one form to PDFfiller, you'll see how intuitive the entire process and may possibly not print out documents to fill them out anymore.

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Very easy to navigate and the files (png images) actually convert to a PDF with the correct size, unlike other sites I paid for and was unsatisfied with the resulting PDF. Thanks!

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.
