With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.

Easy to use and affordable way to edit your pdf documents. I love that it is cloud based so you can access them anywhere. You can even sign like a docusign.

it took me a little to figure out some things as I am not as tech savy as the younger generations but was able to navigate and get the forms filled out.

Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs.

To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.

This app is a life saver, it has saved me so much money and time by not having to print, a document, fill out the document and then fax it back.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.
