Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids
1.- easy to use. It does not require special knowledge.
2.- process of converting from and to pdf is quite fast.
3.- The results are quite good.
3.- create pdf from word, jpeg, excel or ppt files.
4.- export your pdf files to word, excel or jpg.
5.- You can rotate, cut, join, or create watermarks in your pdf.
6.- You can use it for free (although it has a limit of use per day)
7.- The work environment is simple, but effective.
1.- Sometimes, but due to page saturation problems it becomes a bit slow.
2.- You require constant internet connection so if you do not have access you can not use the online program.

The only thing that I was unsure of was how to request a signature, and if the recipient would be able to sign it in pdfFiller.
Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage.
My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
