Choose Tools > Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Choose pages to rotate: Rotate all or a selection of pages in your document by holding the shift key and clicking on the pages to rotate.
How do I permanently rotate a PDF in Windows?
With a PDF reader.Open the document with the PDF reader.Click View on the top toolbar.Hover over the Rotate View option.Select Clockwise or Counterclockwise rotation.
How do I lock a PDF in Windows?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
How do I permanently rotate a PDF 90 degrees?
Click Open File to add a PDF. Select the page you want to rotate and right-click it. Click Rotate Left or Rotate Right to rotate the page through 90 degrees.
