The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

I enjoy the forms you can search and fill out and all of options you have to mail out the forms. The site just needs to be a little bit more easy and user friendly in regards to filling out forms and form searches

How do I reduce the page size when printing?
Click the Page Layout tab, select Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide) to change the orientation of your printout, and then select the size of the data from the Paper Size list. Select the paper size that is loaded in the printer from Output Paper or Roll Width. Select Reduce/Enlarge, and then click Custom.
