Run Microsoft Word, and open the document you want to merge with PowerPoint. Start PowerPoint and open the PPT. Go to PowerPoint- View- Presentation Views, click on Slide Sorter. Click on the slide that you want to merge with Word. Go to Word program. Click on Paste Special in the drop-down menu.
Open PowerPoint 2007. On the Home Ribbon, in the Slides group, click the arrow below New Slide. Click Slides From Outline, then navigate to the Word document containing your slides. Click Insert. Click the Design tab. Click the theme of your choice.
Open your Word document, format the texts which will be imported to the PowerPoint as titles to Heading 1 style, and then, format the other content to Heading 2 style which will be the slide content, see screenshot: Launch a new PowerPoint file, and then, click Home > New Slide > Slides from Outline, see screenshot:
Choose the DOCX file you want to convert. Change quality or size (optional) Click on “Start conversion” to convert your file from DOCX to PPT. Download your PPT file.
